- Leather-patch caps. A debossed or laser-etched leather patch on a structured cap feels more like a nice gift and less like a marketing handout. Minimum is 12 pieces, which fits most teams and departments easily.
Both methods work on the jackets, quarter-zips, beanies, and caps people will actually wear outside of work — which is the whole point of a gift versus a uniform.

If you've ordered from us before — for staff shirts, event gear, anything — and you want to reuse that same logo on this year's gift, there's no setup fee for an exact reorder. The art's already on file. You only pay a setup fee when it's genuinely new artwork: a new digitized logo, a new patch design, something we haven't produced for you before. First-time holiday order this year? Expect a one-time setup charge for the embroidery digitizing or patch tooling — after that, it's on file for good.
A simple timeline that avoids the December scramble

- Mid-September: Approve your digital proof and lock sizes
